After Morning Mass tomorrow, Wednesday, March 15, we need to set up Classroom C&D for the Blood Drive. I will not be able to help as I was a call-in for Jury Duty today and continues tomorrow.
Rich Michal and Reinhard Suchsland will take the lead.
We need to clear out Classroom C&D and move all items outside under the overhang.
In Classroom C&D we leave 25 blue chairs and 4 of the tables.
In the hallway in front of the kitchen we need to set-up a table with 2 blue chairs and
7 blue chairs across from it for donors to sit while reading their booklet information.
Sorry I will not be there but Thank You for any help you can provide.
Rich..........I will leave the Blood Drive sign-up sheet on the Office Desk, would you check with Mary Chiappetta and see that she sees the list? This is the information she give to the Red Cross representatives.
At 8:30pm we will be gathering at the Church to move the tables and chairs back into Classrooms C&D if you are available. I will be there for that.
